Rockin n rollin

What's up everyone, I have been a busy guy over here in LA LA Land...my personal training service is starting to get busy, I got back on the submittal grid to get some work acting/modeling, and my company MEET NOW LIVE is up & running. It was a very good week, the most productive week thus far and its only going to get better!!! I am happy to report that I will be a guest on The Greg Mantrell show as a personal trainer/fitness model/actor. The show airs on Time Warner (check your local channel guide for specific dates & times) and is huge on YOUTUBE. As soon as I know the air date I will relay that info. All in all things are great. Thank you to those that have contacted me. I really enjoy hearing from all of you and look forward to hearing from more of you as the days-weeks-months go on! I am glad you enjoy my sight-rants-stories-pics and everything else you find on here.
